ARE AESTHETICS TREATMENTS SAFE?

No aesthetics treatments are entirely risk-free. And anyone suggesting otherwise isn’t being straight.

Risk varies from treatment to treatment - we’ll fully cover all of this with you - however complications are extremely rare.

Our Doctor-led team has worked for at the highest level in their respective professions. Our decades of medical training and first-hand experience means we not only understand the anatomy of the face inside-out, we use the safest possible techniques to further reduce the risk of complications occurring in the first place.

And in the highly unlikely event of complications occurring, you can rest assured you’re safe in our hands.

WHAT WILL THE RESULTS BE LIKE?

We pride ourselves on creating subtle, natural-looking results that leave you feeling fresh and looking more youthful, maintaining the character of your face.

While results vary from person to person, we believe it’s important to set realistic goals and expectations with all our clients prior to treatment so we all leave with smiles on our faces.

WILL IT HURT?

Pain is subjective, but all our treatments are relatively pain-free.

Most procedures take under 30 minutes and, for those of us that don’t like needles, we can offer numbing cream and a hand to hold.

WILL THERE BE NEEDLES?

Only a small proportion of out treatments involve needles, so book a consultation to find out how we can help.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT?

Unless accompanied by an adult, the minimum age to receive treatments is 18.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and card payments from all the major payment networks and, for online bookings, we’ve chosen to partner with Stripe.

CAN I SPREAD PAYMENTS?

Yes. Let’s face it, nobody likes to be hit with a big bill all at once.

That’s why we’ve created Pre-Payment Plans for regular maintenance treatments.

Alternatively, we’ve chosen to partner with Payl8r, who allow you to split payments across 3, 6, 9, or 12 months (interest applies).

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR TREATMENT?

We’ll go through a specific pre-treatment assessment, but in general please inform us:

if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
of any significant medical issues with previous treatments.
of any allergies you have.
if you have had any problems with swallowing in the past.
if you have any inflammation in the muscles or skin where we plan to treat.
if you have had any surgery that may affect the area being treated (or if you have any operations pending).

Tip: to avoid bruising, don’t take aspirin or anti-inflammatories prior to treatment.
