Otoplasty is a straightforward procedure that reshapes and repositions the ears closer to the head to achieve a more natural and balanced look, often with transformative effects on confidence.

This procedure involves adjusting the shape of the ear cartilage to allow it to fold back into a more natural position. The small incision is then hidden in the fold on the back of the neck to ensure a natural result.

Small incisions are made behind the ear to sculpt and reposition cartilage. The ears are then pinned closer to the head.
Suitable from childhood onwards. Common in teens and adults who have long been self-conscious about ear prominence.
A headband or soft dressing is worn for protection. Most swelling resolves in 1–2 weeks.
Very low risk when performed by experienced surgeons. Scarring is hidden in natural creases.
