One of the biggest concerns patients have is the quality of aftercare they’ll receive. It’s easy to pay money to a clinic, have a procedure, and then feel ignored — but we pride ourselves on being the opposite.

Anyone who has a surgical procedure with me is followed up for 12 months. Things change over time — swelling, bruising, small lumps — and most issues resolve naturally. Very rarely, a revision procedure is needed, and if so, we do it. But revisions require waiting 9–12 months for scars to settle before re-operating.

The important thing is that FrownDocs provides a full care package. I see patients personally, and the team is involved in wound care and ongoing management. If there’s a problem, we want to know immediately — not months later.
