My name's Sandra, and I want to speak to you a bit about FrownDocs.
One day, I had a look in the mirror and realised I needed a bit of 'tweaking'. So I looked at a few places, went into FrownDocs Stirling and as soon as I walked in I found the atmosphere very relaxing - staff were really friendly, and I thought this seems like a good place.
Doctor-Led
The other thing I like about FrownDocs is that it's Doctor-led and the clinicians are all medically trained. That helps to put you at ease when you feel don't want just anyone injecting or doing anything in your face, so that helped.
Really at ease
I had a very good experience at FrownDocs Stirling. Dr. Caroline and her team were excellent - any questions were answered, they made you feel really at ease and comfortable.
Lovely atmosphere
Had a couple of treatments done there, then I found they were opening a branch in Lenzie. This was a lot closer for me, didn't have to travel, and it was also led by another Doctor - Dr. Risha.
So I went along there hoping the clinic would be as nice there as the Stirling one - and it was! The clinic's beautiful, again, very relaxing, lovely atmosphere. Spoke to Dr Risha - she could answer any questions - no questions were too silly or seemed odd.
Highly recommend
I then found being treated there a really good experience - very relaxing, very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend FrownDocs Lenzie to anyone who's just looking for a little bit of treatment, a bit more, or just a discussion about their skin in general.
