So it’s only right you know a little more about us. Next up is Heather, who alongside Michelle is one of our wonderful Aestheticians.

What are your interests & hobbies?

For those of you that know me you, won’t be surprised to hear that I love to socialise 😂 - both inside and out of work. I enjoy going to the gym, have a keen passion for yoga, always seem to have a project on the go of some sort, and enjoy learning something new. I also love getting away from the Scottish winters, travelling the world as much as possible.

Why did you choose a career in aesthetics?

I have always loved working with and helping people. Whilst working as a beauty therapist I became interested in skincare and wanted to learn more about it. Thankfully an opportunity came up with FrownDocs and I haven’t looked back. The aesthetics industry is exciting as it’s very fast moving and it encourages me to think on my feet and practice self-learning.

What’s your favourite thing about working in FrownDocs?

The thing I love best about working at FrownDocs is the job satisfaction. Being able to help and improve clients’ skincare issues is something I take great pride in. We have a great team at FrownDocs as we work so well together and I also love the fact that we are always challenging ourselves and learning new skills to keep up with the latest aesthetic treatments.

What’s your favourite treatment?

This is a difficult one as I do love a lot of the treatments we offer, however I will try and narrow it down to just two. I have got to say Morpheus8 is one of them as we have had some impressive results and I feel like it’s a treatment that suits everyone. I also love Dermaplaning in combination with the ZO Facial Peel as it gives such a bright complexion and baby-soft skin.

What’s your pet peeve in aesthetics?

Someone telling me they use baby wipes or soap to remove makeup or clean their skin - it’s just a no-no! 😂
