The MACS (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension) Facelift is a minimally invasive lift that targets early signs of facial ageing, particularly in the lower face and cheeks. It’s ideal for those who want meaningful results without the downtime of traditional facelift surgery.

This procedure provides subtle, natural improvements that lasts several years. The incisions are shorter than those of a regular face lift and are hidden within the natural creases and hairline.

Short incisions are made around the ears to gently lift skin and deeper tissues. Internal sutures anchor the lifted areas, restoring youthful contours.
Best suited for clients in their 40s to early 60s with mild to moderate laxity.
Swelling and bruising are generally limited and resolve within 7–10 days. Most clients are back to social and physical activities within two weeks.
